He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Millican, Sr. and Mable Ruth Townes Millican of Silver Creek, Georgia.; his wife Carolyn Bohler Millican; his brothers, Edward Millican and Hatch Millican; his sisters-in-law, Beverly Millican and Elizabeth Millican; and his nephews, Barry and Kent Millican.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie; his son-in-law Mike Bryant of Ft; his son Ray; his daughter-in-law Bonnie Millican of Wellborn, FL; his daughter Carol; his son-in-law Larry McCrea of Murrells Inlet, SC; his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Brenda Millican of Statesboro; and his brother-in-law Darwin Bohler (Joyce). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
