He is survived by: his wife April McCord of Statesboro; his children, Joshua of Statesboro, Jacob of Statesboro and Elizabeth McCord of Statesboro; his parents, Anne Forsyth of Glennville and Ed McCord; his stepmother Diane McCord of Statesboro; his mother-in-law Brenda Blocker of Gooseneck; and his brothers, Christopher McCord (Nikki) of Rockdale, NC, Sean Forsyth (Traci) of Tampa, Tom Forsyth of Tampa and Shane Forsyth of Tampa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia Research Foundation.
