He is survived by: his children, Kathy Ann Thompson of Statesboro, Kenneth Thompson (Lytansy) of Statesboro, Karen Lynn Nunnally of Statesboro and Wendy Gail Shipp of Sylvester, Georgia; his sister Almarita Brown of Hagan, Georgia; his grandchildren, BreAnna Gates, Kaila Nunnally, Courtney Nunnally, Brett Lanier, Ramon Lanier, Kendrick Thompson and Kennell Thompson; and his caregiver Jackie Mikell. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends.
