She is survived by: her husband Jeff Draughn; her sons, William Neil Smith, III and Nathan Ryan Smith (Taylor); her grandson Oliver Smith of Claxton, Georgia; her siblings, Bruce Kicklighter (Doreen) and Patsy Anderson (Kenny) of Glennville, Georgia; and her siblings-in-law, Wesley Jenkins and Tami Kicklighter of Claxton, Georgia. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home (513 W Main St, Claxton, GA 30417).
