She was predeceased by : her parents, Bonnylu Sanders Williams and Ben F. Williams, Sr.; her husband Rev. S. Carter Berkeley; her brothers, Ray Williams and Ben; her granddaughter Rachel Faye Dartez; and her great grandchild Chandler Douglas Oglesby.

She is survived by : her daughters, Shirley Quick (Ricky) of Waynesboro, Beth Dartez (Tom) of Statesboro and Sandy Morris (John T.) of Statesboro; her sister Joy Causey; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Williams.
