In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Genester had on those she encountered along her journey. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Smith and Mabell Brack; and her siblings, William "Dewy" Brack, George Brack, Geneva Hall, Willie Beatice Brack and Emmie Lee Boyd.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Hendley of Riverdale, GA and Tina Hendley of Statesboro, GA; her granddaughter Amia Grace Rogers of Baxley, GA; her goddaughter Genester Milton of Guyton, GA; and her nieces, Dorothy Williams of Savannah, GA and Martha Miller of Statesboro, GA. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Ben Samuel Hill Memorial Chapel of Hill's Mortuary, Inc. (58 Packinghouse Rd, Statesboro, GA 30458).
