He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Skinner; his mother Mary Ann Cox; his siblings, Terry Skinner and Rosemary Skinner; Diane Skinner.
He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Bacon (Claude) of Pembroke; his father Gerald Skinner; and his sister Lisa Ann Pittman (Ronnie) of Statesboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
