She was predeceased by : her husband Josh Cartee; her parents, Worth Skinner and Alma A. Skinner; her daughter Julie Heil; and her siblings, Evelyn Woods, Dorothy Aines, Johnny Skinner and Harry Skinner.

She is survived by : her sons, Steve Cartee (Debbie) of Statesboro and Nathan Paul Cartee of Statesboro; her son-in-law Gregg Heil of Lithia Springs, GA; her grandchildren, Olivia Coley (Travis) of Ft. Benning, GA, Brittany Holsonback (Michael) of Statesboro, Rosanna Fetters (Johnathan) of Griffin, GA, Joshua Cartee Heil of Lithia Springs, GA, Sarah Morgan Heil of Lithia Springs, GA and Ian Heil of Birmingham; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Coley, Addison Coley, Greyson Coley, Ellison Coley, Everett Holsonback and Eliza Holsonback. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
