He was predeceased by: his father Richard Clark, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Phillips Clark; his daughters, Nikki C. Fayville and Marcey Clark Conner (David); his grandchildren, Jacob Michael Fayville and Sarah Nicole Conner; his siblings, Richard Clark, Jr. and Lucy Jamieson (Jeff); his siblings-in-law, Darlene Miller (Tom) and Mark Berry (Kim); and his mother-in-law Mary Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces, one nephew, and many cousins.
