She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Leon Allison and Julia Demarious Allison. She is survived by: her husband Sam DiPolito; and her daughters, Gina and Samantha. She is also survived by siblings, many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Pineland for the upcoming dedication ceremony of the High Hope building in June's honor at P.O. Box 745, Statesboro, GA 30458 or to Crossroads Community Church in Statesboro, GA.

Her influence not only helped me become the person I am today but also enriched the lives of my family growing up and those of my children. She never met a stranger and went above and beyond to help those in need. She was an amazing advocate for those with disabilities.
