He is survived by: his wife Edna Ruth Cross Stephens; his children, Alisa Cross, Timothy Stephens, Lowman Stephens, Jr. and William Young; his stepchildren, Kewonika "KeKe" Donaldson, Tray Moore and Christy Young; his siblings, Eliza "Peaches" McCray of Rochester, Wade Stephens (Wendy) of Omaha, Nebraska, Floria Mosely (Raleigh) of Miami, Florida, Joseph "Superman" Stephens (Cheryl) of Statesboro, Georgia and Larry Stephens (Fifina) of Milledgeville, Georgia; his sister-in-law Eva Stephens of Millen, Georgia.; his aunts and uncles, David Stephens (Eartha) of Orangeburg, Morris Wilson (Henrietta) of Orangeburg, Hattie Burke of Glennville, Georgia, Nancy Young (Ryan) of Miami, Florida, Claudia Greene (Kaponden) of Orangeburg and Mary Wright of Holiday, Florida.; Betty Grimes, Lureda Stephens, Janice Mikell and Lowman. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
