She was predeceased by : her parents, William Joyner and Hattie Bell Joyner of Sardis, GA.; her husband Chester Scoggins; her daughter Maryann Hickman; and her siblings, Marvin Joyner, Ethel Weeks, Billy Joyner, Viola Purvis (late Bunny), Davidlee Joyner and Talmadge Joyner (Frances).
She is survived by : her children, Tammy Wilson (Clyde), Dinah Wallace (late Robert) and Greg Scoggins (Teresa); and her sisters, Martha (late Jack) and Jeanelle (late Norman). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and life-long friends.
