She was predeceased by: her parents, Denver Mallard and Edna Beasley Mallard; her husband Billy Phillips, Sr.; her siblings, Troy Mallard, Shirley Shaw and Peggy Skinner; and her grandchildren, Jenny Burgin and Steven Phillips.
She is survived by: her sons, Bill (Debra Phillips) of Statesboro and Stacey (Teresa Phillips) of Statesboro; her grandchildren, Spencer and Keylee Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Slade, Emily, Gracie Burgin, Taylor and Learic Phillips. She is also survived by three great-great grandchildren.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Nevils Creek Primitive Baptist Church, 4204 Ponderosa Road, Portal, Georgia 30450.
