He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Lastinger and Betty Jo Long. He is survived by: his children, Staci Lastinger Peavy (Stephen), Amber Thompson (Kevin) and Michael Lastinger (Bobileigh); his grandchildren, Faith, Zachary, Ashlyn, Levi, Kadence, Wren and Kaleb; and his siblings, Rene Dees, Vicki Mooney, Jeff Lastinger and Claudette Akins. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
