She was predeceased by : her parents, George M. Mathuss and Loraine NeSmith Mathuss; her husband John Arthur Dasher; her daughters, Johnette Ryals and Lisa Sawyer; her son-in-law Doug Sawyer; her great grandchild Hayden Stimpson; and her half-sister Noreen Rouse.

She is survived by : her children, Cynthia Middleton (Keith) of Statesboro, GA, Amy Stimpson (Leonard) of Jacksonville, FL and John Matthew Dasher (Logan) of Summerville, SC; and her son-in-law David Ryals of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren, and one great, great grandson.
