He is survived by: his parents, Phil Hohensee and Dona Hohensee of Cottage Grove, Wis.; and his siblings, Alexandra Higgins of Ball Ground, Christopher Stanhope-Scott of Milladore and Luke Hohensee of Cottage Grove, Wis.. He is also survived by his Granny, Nana and Poppa, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Evangelical Church (6925 E Buckeye Rd, Madison, WI 53718). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Phillip's family requests that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made in his name to Briarpatch Youth Services, Fitchburg, Wis.
