He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall "Smutty" Rowe and Bertie Ann Morris Rowe; and his sister Kathryn Lynn Rowe Mosely. He is survived by: his brother Stephen M. Rowe; and his children, Aaron Rowe (Roya), Sydney Rowe and Danny Donovan (Jenny).
