He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Hunter and Jean Hayes-Williams (Russell); and his sister Emma May Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Caroline Hunter; his stepdaughters, Tiffany Esworthy (William), Jessica Bryan and Kimberly Napoline (Andrew); and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Joyce (Tom) and John P. McAleer Jr. (Stephanie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
