She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Finis Simpson and Frances Gibler Simpson. She is survived by: her husband Glen Post of Statesboro, GA; her children, Jenifer Lanier (Kelvin) of Brooklet, GA and David Pacheco of Huntington Beach, CA; her stepson John David Post (Miranda) of Darby, MT; her sibling Morrie Rowan; her grandchildren, Kaylee Danielle, Courtney Maniquis, Bobby Butterfield, Alexis Lawson, Jonathan Post, Jake Beckman, Paul Beckman, Fiona Pacheco, Taj Pacheco, Addison Clawson and Alivia Clawson; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey Woods and Jameson Rosel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brooklet Primitive Baptist Church (107 Church St, Brooklet, GA 30415). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
