He is survived by: his sons, Will Hook and Colby Hook (Shelby); his granddaughter Hattie Hook; his siblings, Jeff Hook and Jane Holmes; and his siblings' children, Lauren Hook Fillmore, Emmie Holmes and Brewer Holmes.
