He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ragans. He is survived by: his sons, William Ragans Jr. (Amanda Ragans) and Patrick Duffy; his siblings, Mary Lou, Delores, Pam and Jerry; and his sister-in-law Satonya Ragans. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home and Crematory (502 Miller St Ext, Statesboro, GA 30458).
