He is survived by: his wife Joan Knox Mills; his sons, Gary Mills (Kelly) and Billy Mills (Janet); and his grandchildren, Kyle Mills (Natalie), Clay Mills, Allison Mills Laubenthal (Connor), Katie Mills and Wyatt Mills.
