With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gracie McGuire of Statham, Georgia, who passed away on September 20, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Gracie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gracie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sims and Katie Mae Kilgore Sims. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Koonce (Leonard) of Statham and Wylie McGuire of Statham; her siblings, Evelyn Harrison of Dayton, Lavonia Brown of Statham and Billy Sims of Statham; and her grandchildren, Katie Koonce and Jayceona Gracie McGuire.
