He is survived by: his children, Katie Smith (Ray) of Bogart and Christopher Kane (Allison) of Roswell, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Abigail, Donovan Smith, Charles, Henry and Whitaker Kane; and his siblings, Kathleen Clark of Roswell, Georgia, Peggy Humphreys (Wes) of Knoxville, Tennessee and Timothy Kane of Libertyville, Illinois..
