He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Dick Stepp; his parents, Norman Stepp and Bonnie Stepp; his son Michael Dean Stepp; his brother Thomas Stepp; and his grandson Michael Jade Stepp.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Raymond Stepp of Atlanta and Robert William Stepp (Yvonne) of Winder; his granddaughters, Georgia Megan Stepp, Ann Marie Morris (Joe) and Hannah Michelle Stepp (Austin Holbrook); and his great grandchildren, Robert Barclay Vance, Nora Jane Morris and Emberlyn Reid Holbrook.
