He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Davis and Tiera Davis; and his brother Tom Davis, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife DeeDee Davis of Statham; his children, Eric Davis (Amanda), Heath Davis (Jessi), Maegan Davis (Chris Herndon) and Luke Davis (Maggie McDaniel); his siblings, Reed Davis (Regina Crow), Ned Davis (Debbie), Cherry Bishop (Kenny), Barry Davis (Kathy), Kim Davis, Cheryl Knight (Terry Winginton) and Cindy Quick (Sonny); and his granddaughter Molly Davis.

Visitation was held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Maddox Memorial (265 GA Hwy 211, Winder, GA 30680). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Poplar Springs Baptist Church (2700 Colham Ferry Rd, Watkinsville, GA 30677).
