He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Joseph Scarborough Sr. and Betty Epps Weise; his son Michael Windham; and his brother Tom Scarborough. He is survived by: his daughters, Maureen Maxwell and Sherrye Reaves (Larry); and his sisters, Debi Combs (Bart) and Janice Cassidy. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and five nephews.
