He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Cicero Morris and Julia Lee Morris of McDonough, Georgia.; his wife Christine Morris; his sons, Danny Morris and Kenny Morris; and his siblings, Mary, James, William, Carlton and Joe.

He is survived by : his children, Gary Morris (Becky) of Locust Grove, Jerry Morris (Eleanor) of Fayetteville, Georgia, Marcia Morris of Jackson and Carol Morris of Jackson, Georgia. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.
