She was predeceased by: her parents, Eutimio Billarreal and Frances Pecina Vega; her brother Antonio Billarreal; her nephew John Duncan Osteen; and her parents-in-law, Harold and Ruby Loe.

She is survived by: her husband Lanny Loe; her daughters, Samantha Isabel Edwards (Frank) of Weatherford, TX and Toni Loe Rabalais (Derek) of Aledo, TX; her siblings, Stephen Billarreal (Debbie), Tim Billarreal and Mariana Hess (Rusty); her siblings-in-law, Becky Billarreal, Beth Osteen (Bill) and Tommy Loe (Kelley); her grandchildren, Selah Rabalais, Josiah Rabalais, Eli Edwards, Isaiah Rabalais, Isabella Rabalais, Hannah Rabalais, Luke Edwards and Aden Edwards; her nephews, Andrew Billarreal, Matthew Billarreal (Riane), Jeffrey Billarreal (Stephanie), Tim Osteen, Antonio Billarreal, II and Justin Andrews; and her niece Mary Osteen.
