She was predeceased by: her mother Gwendolyn Hooks-Hillman; and her sister Stephanie Williams. She is survived by: her husband Larry Frost; her daughter Kelly Williams (Harold Williams); her granddaughter Kodi Tolbert; her great grandchild Noah Tolbert; her brother Michael Hooks; and her niece Amberly Hooks (Larry Frost). She is also survived by extended family members and friends who were blessed by her wisdom.
