He is survived by: his parents, Jeannette Mayfield and Jeffrey Mayfield (Donni); and his sisters, Kalya Eades and Kendall Mayfield.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Home (8968 Fayetteville Rd, Jonesboro, GA 30238).
