It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madelyn Edith Proctor of Stockbridge, Georgia, who passed away on November 25, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Major Marvin Douglas Smith and James D. Proctor. She is survived by: her daughter Terri (Joey Briscoe); her grandchildren, Devon Burril, Andrew Sims, Christopher Sims, Amanda Briscoe and Austin Briscoe; and her great grandchildren, AubreyMae Burril, Colton Brown, Colean Hawkins, Georgie Briscoe, Mack Johnson, Paisley, Rylee, Rhett and Grayson Briscoe.
