As Michael departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Michael leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father Daniel L. Harris. He is survived by: his mother Jean Harris; his sister Debbie (Michael Burgamy); his nephews, Brandon and Nicholas; Katie and Heather. He is also survived by two great-nieces and one great-nephew.
In honor of Michael's legacy, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Foundation for Alcoholism Research (FAR). FAR is an all-volunteer public charity that exclusively funds research into the causes, identification, prevention, treatment, and cure of alcoholism. 100% of donations go to research.
