“Tuli and family, I was so sad to hear of the passing of one of my very close and loving friends, Roshen. She and I worked in the same office - UNFPA - for perhaps 20 years or so together. During that time I learned to admire her for her intelligence, warmth, kindness and perhaps above all forher great sense of humor. We kept up with each other after we both retired but since she hardly ever visited NYC, had not met for many years though we continued to phone and email each other. My sympathies to Tuli and her family. Talat Jafri”
