She is survived by: her husband Hugh Haulk; her children, Denise McKinney (Wayne), Bubba Dale Sampson and Charlie Sampson; her grandchildren, Logan Coppage, Kourtni Jones, Ashley Young, Miranda McKinney, Kenneth Sampson, Natalie Sampson and Cheyanne Sampson; and her sister Lillian Walsh. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
