He is survived by: his wife Gladys Quiggins of Stockton, GA; his sons, Charles Alvin Quiggins of Stockton, GA, Christopher Lee Quiggins of Stockton, GA and Anthony Dewayne Quiggins of Stockton, GA; his grandchildren, Jacob Gage Quiggins, Riley Quiggins, Nicholas James Quiggins, Georgia Renae Quiggins and Jaxson Lee Quiggins; his great grandchildren, Waylan Christoper Moon, Grayson Lee Moon and Milikah Rodriques; and his brothers, James Wendall Quiggins (Linda Diann) of Statenville, GA and Danny Peyton of Valdosta, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Love Joy Community Church (23 Love Joy Rd, Lakeland, GA 31635).
