He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Theron Seckinger and Louelle Giddens Seckinger; and his brothers, Deryl Carlton Seckinger and James Howell Seckinger (Paulette). He is survived by: his wife Sara Lou Seckinger of Stockton, GA; his children, Greg Seckinger (Angela) of Stockton, GA and Emily Seckinger (Tim Wilson) of Stockton, GA; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Seckinger of Valdosta, GA and Marjorie Johnson of Valdosta, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Music Funeral Services - Lakeland (88 W Main St, Lakeland, GA 31635). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Stockton Baptist Church (262 Church Rd, Stockton, GA 31649).
