He is survived by: his wife Onethia Wynn Lampley; his children, Harry "Sam" Lampley, Altonia Lampley, India Lampley-Thompkins (Brian), Tamekia Lampley-Vandiegriff (Marcus), Mahoganey Lampley and Alex Lampley; and his sisters, Mildred Stewart and Ida McCray. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and friends.
