He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Chester, Sr. and Ozie Chitty; and his siblings, Rufus Chester, Jr., Alex C. Green and Carol Willis.
He is survived by: his nieces, Karen Young and Sheryl Green-Barner; his nephew Alex G. Green; his sister-in-law Felice J. Green (late Alex C. Green); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Carla Willis Anderson, Robyn Young, Brittaney Outlaw, Natalya Green, Calvin Willis, Jr. and Cameron Dahveed Green. He is also survived by several great-great nieces, great-great nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Following the pandemic, Billy made the heartfelt decision to move "down south" to be closer to his family.
