He was predeceased by: his father Herman Cantrell; his sister Janice Cantrell; and his grandson Matthew Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn K. Cantrell; his daughters, Sharla Miller (Scott) and Missy Harmon (Otis); his grandchildren, Lindsey Mayson (Keiffer), Bradley Catall, Zach Miller, Nick Miller (Taylor), Mackenzie Miller and Abbey Miller; and his great grandchildren, Fields Mayson, Ridge Mayson and Wesley Allen Miller.
