He is survived by: his daughters, Addisyn Brooke Burton, Emalynn Brooke Burton and Irelynne Brooke Burton; the mother of his children Amy Burton; his father Jud Burton of Stone Mountain; his sister Angela Skelton (John) of Jackson, GA; his nephew Landon Skelton; and his niece Hailey Skelton.
