He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Moore and Mildred Moore (Lombard). He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne; his children, Alan Moore (Dawn), Jerry Moore and Kay Gaither (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Jeff), Stephanie (Cole), Joe, Ellen and Katherine (Matt). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
