He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nandiram Tawney and Parmeshwari Tawney; his spouse Saroj; his children, Leena and Neetu; his children-in-law, Tarun and Ravi; his grandchildren, Shaan and Sonali; and his siblings, Padma, Sushma, Rattan, Suresh, Kamal and Reshma.
