He is survived by: his parents, Delbert Dale and Joyce Dale; his brother Geoff Dale; his nephew Daulton Dale; and his niece Macy Dale-Markum (Josiah Markum).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Scott's memory to the Wounded Warrior Project, in honor of his deep love and respect for those who have served this great country.
