She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Marlin Whitley Sr. of Monroe and Marguerite Sandling Whitley of Social Circle, Georgia.; and her husband Grady Edward "Eddie" Gouge. She is survived by: her pets, Chico, Arnie, Rusty and Sasha; her brother Joseph "Joe" Marlin Whitley Jr. (Vivian Dunn Whitley); her sons, Glenn Edward Gouge (Jodie Lea Cramer Gouge) and David Preston Gouge (Kimberly Ann Martin Gouge); and her grandson Preston Taylor Gouge. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
