He was predeceased by: his parents, William Conner, Sr. and Luna V. Conner; and his son Clarence. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn D. Conner; and his sons, Dexter and Sherrod. He is also survived by his six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
