She was predeceased by: her husband Ivan Stepanovich Shved. She is survived by: her children, Tamara Ponizhaylo, Ludmila Shved and Andre Shved; and her sister Valentina Kalmish. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
