He is survived by: his children, David (Sara Martin), Chris (Margie Martin), Christine Martin (Kenneth Cash), Tammy Martin of Winder, Timothy Martin of Athens and Matthew Martin of Athens; and his brothers, Danny Martin of Sugar Hill and Terry Martin of Sugar Hill. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
