He was predeceased by: his father Lewis J. Smorch. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Haffling Smorch; his children, Megan Marie Smorch and Tyler Patrick Smorch; his mother Sharon Burr Smorch; and his brother Michael Smorch (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518).
