She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Jackson Webb and Ruth Raiford Webb; her husband Charles Harvey "Cotton" McMullen; and her stepchildren, Suzanne Storm and Kay Scott.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Smith; her son-in-law David Smith of Savannah, GA; her son Armand D. Wells III; her daughter-in-law Amanda Wells of Lawrenceville, GA.; and her grandchildren, Ansley, Cameron Smith, Adison, Cooper Wells and Nicholas Spraggins. She is also survived by her extended family and many friends.
In honor of her compassionate spirit, Penny requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Atlanta in her name.
